Right of Withdrawal for Consumers The right of withdrawal only applies to contracts with commercial sellers on ampario. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts between private individuals. Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the seller by means of a clear statement (e.g., via the messaging system on ampario or by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, the seller shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal was received. The same means of payment used for the original transaction will be used for the refund (refund via Stripe). You will not be charged any fees for this refund. The seller may withhold the refund until they have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You shall return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Platform Note ampario is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. The operator (Elektronikhandel Michael Gräf) does not become a party to purchase contracts. The right of withdrawal is directed against the respective commercial seller. For questions, please contact info@ampario.de. Last updated: March 2026
