It is recommended that drivers take out separate transport liability insurance if they use the service regularly. (4) ampario's liability is limited to the technical provision of the intermediary platform. ampario is not liable for damage, loss, or delay of transported items. § 5 Pricing and Fees (1) The buyer sets the transport price when creating the Express request. The platform suggests a price based on distance and urgency. (2) ampario charges a platform fee of 15% of the transport price. The remaining 85% is paid out to the driver. (3) Payouts to drivers are processed via bank transfer (IBAN) after successful delivery confirmation. § 6 Process Flow (1) The buyer creates an Express request with urgency level (Standard, Express, Immediate) and offered price. (2) The seller confirms pickup readiness. Matching drivers in the area are notified. (3) A driver accepts the request and picks up the item from the seller. Handover is verified by a 6-digit pickup code. (4) The driver delivers the item to the buyer. Delivery is verified by a 6-digit delivery code. (5) If no driver accepts within the set timeframe, the request expires. The buyer is informed and may choose alternative shipping (e.g., DHL). § 7 Cancellation (1) The buyer may cancel the Express request at any time before pickup. No fees are charged in this case. (2) After pickup (status: Picked Up), cancellation by the buyer is no longer possible. The driver must deliver the item or return it to the seller. (3) If the driver cancels after acceptance, they must inform the seller and buyer. Repeated cancellations may lead to exclusion from the Express service. Last updated: March 2026
