1. Scope of This Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website ampario.com, an online marketplace for electronics — specifically defective and refurbished smartphones, tablets, laptops, and consoles. Operator:

We implement the following measures to ensure the accessibility of ampario.com:

  • Semantic HTML Use of heading hierarchies, landmarks, lists, and semantic elements
  • Color Contrast Ratios Compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
  • Keyboard Navigation All interactive elements are reachable via the Tab key
  • Alt Texts Images are provided with descriptive alt texts
  • Focus Styles Visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Responsive Design The website works across all screen sizes from 320px to 1920px+
  • ARIA Labels Interactive elements are described with ARIA attributes for screen readers

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, the following limitations currently exist:

  • PDF documents (invoices, shipping labels) may not be fully accessible.
  • Interactive maps (Leaflet) have limited keyboard and screen reader support.

5. Note per § 3(3) BFSG (Small Business Exception)

Pursuant to § 3(3) of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), micro-enterprises with fewer than 10 employees and annual revenue below €2 million are exempt from certain BFSG obligations for services. Elektronikhandel Michael Gräf meets the criteria of a micro-enterprise.

Regardless of this exception, we voluntarily pursue accessibility for our platform and continuously improve usability for all users.
