Purpose of the Extension The Ampario browser extension allows users to import their listings from third-party platforms (e.g., Kleinanzeigen, eBay) directly into their Ampario account. The extension is only triggered manually by the user — no automatic data collection takes place. 3. Data Collected When using the import function, the following data is extracted from listings on the third-party platform: - Listing title and description - Price and price type - Image URLs - Location (postal code, city) - Category - Source platform ad ID - Publication date No login credentials, passwords, or personal account information from third-party platforms are collected or stored. 4. Data Transfer Extracted listing data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) to Ampario servers (ampario.com) and stored as new listings in the user's account. Authentication is via the existing Ampario session or an API key. 5. Permissions The extension requires the following permissions: - Access to kleinanzeigen.de: To read listing data - Access to ampario.com: To communicate with the Ampario platform - Tabs: To open and manage background tabs during import - Storage: To locally store the authentication token These permissions are used exclusively for the import process. 6. Local Data Storage The extension stores locally in the browser: - An authentication token for the Ampario API - Basic user data (name, email) for display in the extension popup This data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the extension. 7. Legal Basis Processing is based on user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The user actively initiates each import process and selects the listings to be imported. 8. Third Parties The extension is distributed via the Chrome Web Store (Google LLC).
